Multi Engine Rating Course (The third big step) Multi Engine rating in a twin engine Piper Seminole or Seneca 1 or II is is budgeted at $4,700 CDN. Please note that student can take this training course at any time during the PPL or CPL stage however for maximum cost advantage one should wait for ME rating till the end of the CPL. ME rating is not required for the student to obtain his/her Commercial Pilot License, though Airlines prefer applicant Pilots w/ ME rating. This course includes:
